How are you? Welcome to my blog. In this post, I will talk about Futtun’s progress update, from Monday 26 January 2026 to today, Sunday 01 February 2026.
Submitting the thought on the homepage now saves it#
On Futtun’s homepage, there is a text area where you can input your thought. Now, submitting it saves the thought to your browser.
Add a list of the user’s thoughts#
I have added a new item in the header, which leads to a list of the user’s thoughts. If there are none, there is a message saying as much.
Show a thought#
From the list of thoughts, if you click on one, you can view it. It is useful in case you wrote a long thought, and you want to see all of it. In the list of thoughts, it truncates the thought to fit the browser’s window.
Fix text input overflowing on narrower windows#
On the homepage I have realised that, if the browser’s window becomes narrow enough, the text area to write your thought overflows past its borders. This was not intended, and I have fixed it.
