Introduction

Hello everyone,

How are you? Welcome to my blog. In this post, I will talk about Futtun’s progress update, from Monday 5 January 2026 to today, Sunday 11 January 2026.

Building the database logic
#

I have made good progress on the database. Futtun now creates the database, adds records, and retrieves said records. The next steps are:

  • Deleting records;
  • Building the visual interface to manage these records;

As a side note, it is interesting to find out what you can achieve with modern browsers.

Early launch plans on hold
#

In last week’s update, I mentioned I was thinking about an early launch for Futtun, and providing a road-map for the upcoming changes. That work has not started, because:

  1. I am not sure I want to do it;
  2. I have been busy working on the database.

I need to think further about it, and reach a decision by the end of next week.
